Kenneth E. Hagin was born with a deformed heart and an incurable blood disease. By age fifteen, doctors in McKinney, Texas, informed his family that he was bedridden and had only months to live.
During sixteen months confined to bed, he read the Bible continuously. He reached Mark 11:23-24, where Jesus declared that whoever believes what they say will come to pass shall have whatever they say.
He realized that believing precedes seeing. On an August morning in 1934, despite paralysis, he swung his legs over the bed, stood by faith, and his heart and body were instantly restored.
Hagin spent the next sixty years ministering across the globe, teaching that divine healing is not a lottery, but a covenant inheritance purchased by Christ at Calvary.
